Return Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide coverage to all users who purchase products on the website and have paid the total sale price of the item to the seller user via Get Your Needs's online payment management system without receiving anything in return or receiving faulty product as long as they meet all of the requirements detailed throughout these conditions.

It is expressly stated that the Company does not provide insurance.

You acknowledge that, in addition to these Terms, your use of In-Store Features in a Retailer’s store may be subject to that Retailer’s policies and terms and conditions of service (“Retailer Terms”). Retailer Terms govern issues such as hours of operation, in-store conduct, refunds, returns, and Retailer loyalty programs when using In-Store Features.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Food Orders:

Customers may cancel their food order within 30 seconds of placing the order online. Alternatively, customers can directly contact the restaurant to cancel their order. We kindly request customers to notify us promptly to minimize any inconvenience.

Liquor Sales:

All liquor sales are final. Once an order for liquor has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Return Policy (Applicable to Eligible Items):

If you are eligible for a return, it must be initiated on the same day of purchase. Please refer to the specific return guidelines provided by the retailer or seller. We strive to facilitate hassle-free returns for our valued customers, adhering to the policies set forth by the respective establishment.

Regarding the User

•                     The user must be active at claim submission and throughout the analysis and payment process.

•                     The user must be the publisher's purchaser.

•                     The user must not have brought legal or administrative action against Get Your Needs, nor must the user have presented a payment rejection in the case of a credit card payment prior to, during, or after making a claim or qualifying the operation in the manner specified above. If this is the case, the user must cease for Get Your Needs to proceed with the normal process of the return initiated by him.

Regarding the product

•                     The item for which the claim is being made must have been the subject of an offer made via the website.

•                     The item for which a claim is being made must not be prohibited by law, the Site's General Terms and Conditions of Use, or other Website policies.

•                     The item for which a claim was made had to be a tangible item. The Return policy does not apply to services or intangible items.

•                     You may return any products to us at your own expense and risk via courier.

•                     Please keep in mind that Vendors are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned products during transit, and as such, we recommend returning any products via a recorded delivery service.

•                     When returning products, please package them properly and securely alongside the dispatch note to avoid damage during transit.

•                     If returned products are lost or damaged during transit, Vendors reserve the right to charge or refund you for any amounts attributable to you as a result of the loss or damage.

•                     Vendors will not accept returned items that have been opened or used unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

•                     Items returned in damaged or defective condition without their original packaging will not be refunded.

Resolution of the claim

After Get Your Needs investigates all the circumstances surrounding the claim entered by the purchasing user, it will inform the user whether the coverage of the policy in question is appropriate. Once your return claim is inspected, we will email you about the return.

o We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. o If you are approved, we will notify you.

Refund Procedures

•                     Your refund will be in the form of the payment used for the purchase.

•                     Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10-15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

•               If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

•               If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

The user assisted by this policy undertakes not to make a judicial, administrative, or extrajudicial claim against Get Your Needs for any eventual difference between the greatest damages suffered and what was received through the policy.

Policy Coverage

For the return of an item, the other requirements mentioned in this document must be met.

The policy does not cover:

•               The buyer may damage, repair, alter, or resell the item.

•               Items that do not match the seller's user description.

•               Items that match the seller user's description but that the buyer regrets purchasing.

•               Items can be collected or delivered in person.

•               Cases involving the intervention of a transportation company. In this case, we recommend contacting the transport company directly to ascertain their refund policy.

•               Items not purchased directly through the website.

•               Any other item or transaction that Get Your Needs determines to be fraudulent or unauthentic.

Get Your Needs does not provide insurance

Get Your Needs makes it abundantly clear that it is not an insurance company and does not provide or offer any insurance through the Program. It reimburses buyers for certain specific costs only if they meet certain conditions and requirements.

Prohibitions

Users may not:

•               Initiate claims on behalf of, or in the name of, third parties.

•               Make claims based on fabricated and/or fraudulent facts or circumstances.

•               Indulging in fraudulent or fraudulent conduct or acts in order to obtain Program coverage, as determined by Get Your Needs, and Acting in collusion with other people or users in order to obtain coverage. This type of activity will be investigated by Get Your Needs, and the offender may be sanctioned by Get Your Needs with the suspension or cancellation of his user account, without prejudice to any other actions that may be taken against him under the law.

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms and Conditions or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site, or our associates. If such a user tries to resubscribe to our site, we reserve the right to terminate their account without a refund or prior notice and block their IP address.

Changes to this Refund Policy
